About Lisan

We want every learner to think in Arabic, not to translate into it. That is why our lessons use images, context, and audio instead of rote translation.

The core curriculum is free. Optional one-to-one follow-up with a certified teacher is paid, and covers the platform's running costs.

A graded path of levels, units and lessons: listen, then read, then practise. A lesson only unlocks once the previous one has settled.

Spaced-repetition review resurfaces each word just before you would forget it, and a built-in dictionary explains any word with examples and images.
